Q: What happens if I can't make my reserved appointment?

We understand things do come up and rescheduling your reserved time may be necessary. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to allow us time to contact another patient who is waiting to receive the dental care they desire. To best serve our staff and our patients, it is necessary for us to charge a $35 no show or late cancellation fee.

For 2 or more no shows, or less than 36 hour cancellations, a $40 reservation fee will be charged. This fee will be reimbursed upon arrival at the next reserved time. If for some reason you are unable to keep that reservation or do not give us at least a 36 hour notice, the fee will become non-refundable. But rest assured, this only applies to those who repeatedly miss their reserved appointments!
